It’s a jungle out there - we’ll help you find the right one.

Location. Location. Location. You’ve heard it many times before in reference to an investment. And it’s true, which is why we offer protected territories to our franchisees.

Once you are awarded a Math Monkey Franchise, and upon the execution of your Franchise Agreement, a general geographic area is temporarily reserved. Then, we team you up with our Launch Manager and your commercial real estate professional. Together, you identify potential sites. We even have a preferred relationship with one of America’s leading realtors, Colliers International. If you choose, Colliers will help you find the right location for your Knowledge Center, at no cost to you.

We want to ensure all of our Knowledge Centers are in the best possible location to serve the families in the community. We take into consideration many factors to help you find your protected territory of no less than 100,000 people.

These factors include:

  • Condition and layout of premise
  • Population demographics of surrounding areas
  • Existence of other supplemental instruction programs
  • Lease requirements
  • Traffic patterns
  • Vehicular and pedestrian access
  • Proximity to major roads, schools, residential developments

After a lease is signed, a permanent territorial boundary is established, mapped and then made into an exhibit to your Franchise Agreement. Throughout the process, you can count on the help of experienced professionals whose only concern is selecting the optimal territory for your Knowledge Centers.
